For renters
Is VaraHobey free for renters?
Yes. Searching, saving listings and contacting owners is completely free.
How do I contact an owner?
Open a listing and press “Show phone number”, use WhatsApp, or send a message with the form. The owner gets your message by email and in their dashboard.
Can I search in Bangla?
Yes. You can type area names and categories in English or Bangla — for example “Mirpur” or “মিরপুর”.
How do I save a listing?
Tap the heart on any listing. Saved listings are kept in your account under Dashboard → Saved.
For owners
How much does it cost to list a property?
Listing is free. Create an account, press “Add Property” and follow the six short steps.
How long does approval take?
Our team usually reviews new listings within 24 hours. You get an email as soon as it is approved or if something needs to change.
How long does a listing stay live?
A listing stays live for 60 days. After that it expires and you can renew it with one click from My Listings.
What should I do when the place is rented?
Open My Listings and press “Mark as rented”. The listing is hidden, and you can relist it later in one click.
