• Account data: name, email, phone number, profile photo and an encrypted password (or your Google account id if you sign in with Google).
• Listing data: the details, photos, location and contact number you add to a listing.
• Messages and reports: what you send to owners or to our team.
• Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser) used for security and to stop abuse.

How we use it

• To run your account and show your listings to renters.
• To send emails you need: verification codes, listing approvals and messages.
• To review listings, prevent fraud and keep the platform safe.

What others can see

A listing's title, details, photos and area are public. The owner's phone number is shown only when a visitor asks for it. Your email is never shown publicly.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use trusted services to run the website — for example image hosting and email delivery — only for that purpose.

Your choices

• Edit your profile and listings at any time from your dashboard.
• Delete a listing whenever you want.
• Ask us to delete your account by writing to support@varahobey.com.

Cookies and storage

We store your sign-in session and preferences (such as dark / light theme) in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
