These terms explain the rules for using VaraHobey (“we”, “the platform”). By creating an account or using the website you agree to them.

1. What VaraHobey does

VaraHobey is an online marketplace where owners publish rental listings and renters contact them. We are not a party to any rental agreement and we do not collect rent, advance or deposits on anyone's behalf.

2. Your account

• You must give correct information and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or harm other users.

3. Listings

• Only list properties you own or are allowed to rent out.
• Photos, price, location and details must be true and up to date.
• Every listing is reviewed before it goes live and may be rejected or removed.
• Mark a listing as rented (or delete it) when it is no longer available.

4. Things you must not do

• Publish fake, misleading, duplicate or discriminatory listings.
• Ask for money before a renter has seen the property.
• Collect other users' data, send spam, or try to break the website.

5. Responsibility

We work hard to keep listings honest, but we cannot guarantee every listing or user. Visit properties in person, check documents and follow our safety tips. To the extent allowed by the law of Bangladesh, Vara Hobe is not liable for losses arising from agreements between users.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. When we make important changes we will show a notice on the website. Continuing to use VaraHobey means you accept the updated terms.
